English School, portrait of a young lady, wearing a white lace trimmed dress, her hair in ringlets with straw hat with blue ribbon, miniature on ivory, oval, 5 x 3.5cm, oval the circular gold frame with braided hair to the reverse, 7cm diameter. (Exemption Ref L318VU29).
Overall condition is good. Colours are good but slightly faded to the bottom of the dress. There are two small spots of paint loss just above the hat, The ivory panel is slightly concave. The hair to front and back panels is in good order. The frame bears no hallmarks but is in good condition.
